Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable
All subscription fees and one-time charges paid to Tradapt are final and non-refundable. This applies to all plans, billing periods, and payment methods.
No Refund Policy
When you subscribe to a paid Tradapt plan (Essential or Pro), you agree that payment is made in full for the billing period at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds, credits, or prorated amounts for:
- Early cancellation before the end of a billing period
- Partial use of a subscription month or year
- Downgrading from a higher-tier plan to a lower-tier plan
- Account suspension due to Terms of Service violations
- Dissatisfaction with features or AI-generated outputs
- Accidental subscription renewals
- AI message pack purchases
UK Consumer Rights Act 2015
Tradapt provides digital content and online services. Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have a right to a repair or replacement (and in some cases a price reduction or refund) if digital content we provide is not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
This statutory right is separate from our general no-refund policy and is not excluded by it. If you believe the Service is materially not as described or not of satisfactory quality, please contact us at support@tradapt.com and we will assess your claim.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
- Your account will revert to the Free plan after the billing period ends.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- You will not receive a refund for any remaining days in the billing period.
Exceptional Circumstances
In truly exceptional circumstances (for example, a billing error by Tradapt resulting in a duplicate charge), we will investigate and, where the error is confirmed as ours, issue an appropriate remedy.
To report a billing error, contact support@tradapt.com with your account email and details of the charge in question. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
Free Plan
Tradapt offers a free plan with no credit card required. We encourage you to trial the free features thoroughly before upgrading to a paid plan. This allows you to evaluate the Service before committing to a subscription.
