Screenshots That Actually Survive a Sunday Review

Entry frame, invalidation frame, and optional exit: three shots max, plus a caption rule that keeps search and stats honest.

The Failure Mode

If your folder is full of full-screen charts with no timestamp story, you will skip them on Sunday. Better: fewer files, each tied to a decision.

Three Frames Worth Keeping

  1. Plan at decision time — levels drawn *before* click; include symbol and session in the filename or caption.
  2. Adverse excursion — only if price threatened your thesis; note MAE in R in one line.
  3. Exit — optional but powerful for fades and scales; proves *where* you actually peeled risk.

One Caption Rule

Every image gets one sentence: “Long ORB retest — invalidation below OR low.” If you cannot write it, you did not have a plan.

Sunday Sort

Filter screenshots tagged plan break vs clean execution. Mis-sized winners look obvious when the plan line is missing.
