Your Dashboard at a Glance

The Tradapt dashboard gives you an instant view of your trading performance, health metrics, and AI insights. Here's what each section means.

Tradapt Score

The Tradapt Score is your overall trading health indicator, ranging from 0–100.

It's calculated from five dimensions:

  • Win Rate (0–25): The percentage of your closed trades that finished in profit
  • Profit Factor (0–25): Your gross profit divided by gross loss — measures the quality of your edge
  • Journaling (0–20): How consistently you record emotion, notes, setup type, or screenshots on your trades
  • Risk Management (0–15): Whether you follow rules and have guardrails configured (daily loss limits, trade limits)
  • Consistency (0–15): The percentage of your trading days that ended with a net positive P&L

A score of 60–75 is solid for most retail traders. Above 80 indicates excellent consistency.

Recent Performance Metrics

The metrics bar shows your key stats for your selected time period:

  • Win Rate: % of trades that closed positive
  • Profit Factor: Gross profit ÷ gross loss (above 1.5 is solid)
  • Total P&L: Your net profit or loss for the period
  • Total Trades: Count of completed trades

Equity Curve

The equity curve shows your account balance over time. What to look for:

  • Smooth upward slope = consistent performance
  • Sharp spikes = large individual wins or risk management issues
  • Extended flat periods = low activity or breakeven stretches
  • Deep dips = drawdown periods

Hover over any point to see the date and balance.

Recent Trades List

Shows your last 10–20 trades with quick metrics. Click any trade to see the full detail view including notes, screenshots, and metrics.

AI Insights Card

The AI Insights card shows your most recent pattern detection summary. If patterns are detected (revenge trading, FOMO, overtrading, etc.), they appear here with specific data supporting the finding.

Click "View All Insights" to see the full AI analysis with actionable recommendations.

Calendar View

The calendar heatmap shows your daily P&L as a color-coded grid:

  • Green days: profitable
  • Red days: losing
  • Gray days: no trades

Patterns in the calendar (red Mondays, losing streaks, monthly patterns) are often visible before the data analysis makes them explicit.

Setup Performance Chart

Shows your win rate and profit factor broken down by setup type. This is one of the most valuable charts on the dashboard — it directly shows which setups are generating your edge and which are dragging it down.

Account Selector

If you have multiple accounts (funded accounts, different asset classes), use the account selector at the top to switch between them or view your combined performance.
