Step 2: Create a Challenge Tracking Journal Template

Write a daily journal entry for each active challenge using this template:

Session P&L: $[X] | Target remaining: $[X] ([X]% of target)

Trading days used: [X] of [Y] minimum

Status: On track / At risk / Critical

Step 3: Tag all prop firm trades with "Prop Firm" and the specific account name

Weekly Review for Prop Accounts

Every Friday, add to your regular weekly review:

• Challenge progress: How close is each account to its profit target?
• Drawdown status: What's the buffer on each account?
